The event was continued with two forum sessions. The first session was themed ‘Diplomacy – The Islamic Legacy’, and another session was  ’In Search of Human Security – Islamic Diplomacy and the Way Forward. The forums were ideally discussed the role of each person, NGOs, and Muslim governed countries in achieving diplomacy and human security in the world.

On the evening, a dinner talked had been delivered by YABhg. Tun Abdullah bin Haji Ahmad Badawi, whom highlighted the importance of unity towards achieving human security.

GPM sent three of his representative to this event.

Pada 12 & 13 Januari 2013, Kursus Latihan Media Untuk Sukarelawan Lapangan telah diadakan di Pusat Aktiviti Belia Global Peace Mission dengan penyertaan seramai 20 peserta yang terpilih di kalangan sukarelawan. Latihan Media ini telah disampaikan oleh Saudara Shahnon Hanif Abdullah Suhaimi, iaitu seorang pengamal media yang sangat berpengalaman di lapangan dan juga merangkap sebagai salah seorang produser di TV3. Untuk siri yang pertama ini, beliau menekankan tentang kepentingan gambar dan video serta teknik-teknik penggunaan kamera dan video terutama apabila berada di lapangan. Selain itu, beliau juga telah menerangkan kepada para peserta teknik-teknik penulisan laporan dan berita yang betul untuk satu-satu misi yang telah dilaksanakan. Kursus Latihan ini diakhiri dengan perkongsian pengalaman beliau dalam lapangan terutamanya ketika penglibatan beliau dalam bantuan kemanusiaan semasa Misi Bosnia Herzegovina oleh ABIM. Semoga para peserta mendapat manfaat dari Kursus Latihan Media ini.
